Delivery & Pick Up

We deliver Australia-wide for a flat fee of $10.

 

Please note, we are regularly receiving new deliveries but in some instances, it may take up to 4 weeks for stock to arrive. If you place an order for an out-of-stock product, we will let you know when we expect delivery to be. 

 

Pick-up is available upon request. Please contact us for more information.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, or if you incorrectly ordered. 

​

​If a received product is not as stated, defective or damaged, please contact us. If you can provide satisfactory evidence that the product has a major fault you may reject the product and seek a refund or exchange. In the event of a return, you will be liable for the cost of return delivery. 

​

​Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. If a debit or credit card was used, then the cardholder and the same card must be present to complete the transaction.

​

Please note: returns and exchanges will not be provided on the following types of merchandise, except in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

​

  1. Cap/Visors;

  2. Items marked as ‘final sale’ (meaning that they are not to be discounted further) can’t be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
